The Call of the Dome: The Last Christmas
Introduction:
For 53 years the Grinch has stood by on top of Mt. Crumpit wishing he could end Christmas forever. Unfortunately for him, every time he tried to ruin Christmas, Santa Claus would show up and save the day for everyone. However, this year the Grinch decided to bring the fight to him, and attack Santa’s village once and for all. For months, he prepared an army of faithful followers, and on one very special Christmas Eve they began a long march towards the North Pole.
On that day, Santa and his elves were in the workshop finalizing the toys for this year’s Christmas, when all of a sudden, the Head Elf comes running inside the shop. Out of breath, he quickly explained that an army was approaching the village. Swiftly, Santa prepared the elves for battle and fortified the small buildings. For years he had dreaded this day, and now it was imminent. Will Santa be able to save Christmas or will the Grinch finally end this joyous holiday for all? On which side will you be?
Event Rules
Though rules and objectives can differ from event to event, general SportsDome rules apply whenever rules are either absent or specific rules have been omitted. Simply put, if your not sure, you should use these rules as a starting point.
-You must own a barrel sock in order to bring your own marker.
-Never lift or remove your mask while on the playing field
-Your marker must be able to consistently fire bellow 250fps and require the use of tools in order to modify its speed.
-Semi auto only, capped at 10bps
-It is your responsibility to set your marker to the required speed and settings.
-Transport your marker to and from your vehicle with a barrel sock.
-Realistic/Milsim markers must be transported inside of a case or disassembled.
-No pointing your paintball marker at others while in the staging area.
-No PAINTballs at all inside of the facility
-Minimum 10years of age. Must be accompanied by an adult.
-No unsupervised children
-No dry firing in the staging area
-No cameras on the playing field.
-No ReBall™ in the staging area or in your pockets, leave them on the field.
-ReBall™ brought out into the office complex (through the revolving doors) are considered stolen. You will be fined.
-No shooting the roof
-No shooting the lights
-No shooting the referees
-No shooting the netting
-No cheating, playing on, overshooting
-No physical contact, threats, or discrimination will be tolerated
-Cleanup your mess from your staging area before you leave.
-There are no refunds for paintball.
-Not understanding the rules is no excuse to not following them.
-Breaking the rules can get you kicked out with no refund.
-Repeat offenders will be banned from the facility.
